This form is specifically for those who wish to go onto our Winter Standby list for flights from the beginning of November until the end of March. In order for us to book you onto your balloon flight, we require further information from each of the passengers. This includes each of the passengers weights and your mobile phone numbers. We need you to define your availability, as best as possible, such that we can match you with your preferred availability. It is important to advise of dates you are definitely not available. Please note that offering greater flexibility will increase the date/time offerings that we are able to provide.

IMPORTANT: If we do not get suitable weather over the Winter months, our regular season commences on the 1st April, when the Winter Standby period ends. We create our flight schedule in March. It is important to contact us in March to reschedule onto a scheduled flight. We DO NOT contact passengers to reschedule back in if dates over the Winter do not materialise, or if dates offered do not suit yourselves.
